Pneumatic Function
These pneumatic presses apply more than sufficient vertical pressure for door manufacturing. On these machines you stack your doors until the top of the platen, and then the pneumatic air chambers fill to apply pressure on the doors and the platen. The use pressurized air chambers ensure even pressure throughout. Once the pressing is complete you simply disengage the pressure and roll the door stack out of the machine and start the new stack for pressing.
