Heavy-duty 5-spindle industrial planer moulder engineered by Leadermac (LMC) for continuous high-speed timber profiling, tongue-and-groove flooring, decking, and architectural moulding runs. Built on a rigid 5,000 kg vibration-dampening chassis and enclosed in a full acoustic safety hood with viewing windows.
Features a 260mm working width and heavy 50mm hydro-spindle arbors driven by five independent high-torque motors delivering a combined 70 kW of cutterhead drive. Extensively overhauled by our workshop and engineering technicians: fitted with all-new bearings across all spindles and drives, brand-new drive belts, all-new pneumatic seals and air piping, and newly precision-machined idler bearing housings. Supplied complete with a set of 50mm hydro-locking cutterhead blocks.
