The new twin vertical saw from Rhino Sawmills is a solid, accurate, high-throughput
sawmilling solution to remove two sides from logs up to 350mm in diameter—or square
cants, sideboards or slabs in one pass for further processing.
The unit combines multiple features to optimize manual work, drive accuracy, streamline
processing, boost recovery, slash waste – with the end-goal to build the bottom line.
Customizable log infeed options feed material onto a V-roller and spike chain system where
spiky hold-down and side support discs ensure precise positioning into the cut. The
integrated outfeed system secures offcuts into the waste removal drop zone.
