Designed for high-volume panel processing, 3D foam carving, mold making, and architectural woodworking. Features a high-speed HQD 24,000 RPM water-cooled spindle for smooth cutting across MDF, solid wood, polyurethane foam, and light aluminium.
This machine is equipped with a full-length rotary axis running along the bed for 4-axis simultaneous turning and carving of 3D columns and balusters. It utilizes a heavy-duty zoned vacuum matrix table (T-slot integrated) powered by a dedicated industrial vacuum pump to secure flat sheet materials effortlessly. Fully controlled via an advanced Weihong 4-axis CNC system housed in an independent freestanding electrical cabinet.
