Frame Profile Thickness: Handles standard window/door sash profiles up to 100 mm – 120 mm deep.

In industrial woodworking and joinery, this machine is used to streamline the assembly of window casements, sashes, and doors before or after glazing. Its primary functions include:

Hardware Installation: Fastening hinges, locks, multi-point locks, corner drives, and tilt-and-turn hardware onto window or door frames.

Pneumatic Clamping & Positioning: Holding the wooden frame firmly in place using pneumatic clamps to ensure everything remains square and stable during fitting.

Integrated Screwing Head: The sliding top unit houses a pneumatic screwdriver/feed system so the operator can quickly insert and torque hardware screws along the full perimeter of the frame.
